Vectren Source respects the privacy of all consumers. If you do not wish to receive any direct marketing communications from Vectren Source regarding products and services, you may request to be placed on the Vectren Source Do Not Mail List. We will document your request immediately. Please allow up to thirty (30) days after you have made your request for your name to be removed from any direct mail sales programs currently underway.

Your request can be in writing or by phone, and must include your name, address, and telephone number.
If you have multiple addresses, tell us all addresses that you want to be included.
You'll remain on our do not mail list for 10 years, unless you move or contact us and ask to be removed from the list.
If your name, address or telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new information for your do not mail status to remain in effect.

Being on the Vectren Source Do Not Mail List means that you won't receive direct marketing communications from anyone representing Vectren Source. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like surveys, contract renewals and other service-related matters.
